50% payable on acceptance of
quotation or placement of order, whichever is applicable.
Balance of 50% payable on
delivery or installation of goods, whichever is applicable.
Ownership of
all goods manufactured will
remain vested in Greifer Steel Manufactures CC until such time
as the full purchase consideration in respect thereof has been
received in full.
